My name is Cobie Daley, a former High School Physical Education teacher and dancer who has maintained my love of movement and exercise through Barre.

After becoming a mum of three, I decided to switch from teaching to pursue my love of Barre. After taking regular classes, I was hooked. I had more energy and felt better in my body than I had in a long time. I decided to become a certified instructor and pass the benefits and enjoyment on to others.

I became certified as a level 3 and pre/post natal instructor with the International Ballet Barre Fitness Association and started training clients. Watching my clients benefit from these classes, I truly realized just how important mobility is and pursued further study in the Science of Stretching with YogaBody - a science based yoga program.

I enjoy creating spaces for my clients to find what strength, balance and flexibility means for them.
