In Daley Barre classes you develop better posture and flexibility for more efficient and effective workouts.

Barre -

If you have never taken Barre before, it is a low impact, full body workout designed to train lean muscle through isometric contractions and small movements.

We use high repetitions in class to fatigue the muscle and build muscular endurance. The core is important in Barre as it helps to support and engage correct postural alignment.

Barre class requires no dance background and caters to all levels.

Deep Stretch -

This is a mat-based, targeted mobility training method that helps people access their full range of motion and develop it further.

Modern lifestyles perpetuate stiffness in our bodies and whilst your current fitness routine is getting you in shape, it often lacks mobility and flexibility training.

In this deep stretch class, you will be engaging in passive, long hold stretches. This is not a yoga class - we do not use chanting, chakras or incense, it is a class designed to balance your current workouts with mobility and flexibility. We welcome anyone to class, no matter where you are on your journey of mobility.
